“The team was very professional, on time, well prepared and knowledgeable. They assessed our attic “plumbing leak” as not a pipe at all. I was 100% convinced that it was due to a series of coincidences that pointed to a frozen burst pipe. After thorough inspection of the attic space and multiple walk around of the property and roof inspection. The issue was found to be a roof defect in our new home. Video and photos were taken. So that there was absolutely no doubt they did a pressure test, and when the water was at full pressure, there was no leaks. However, the ceiling stopped dripping while at full pressure. It was the fact that The sun had gone below the hill, and there was no melting of the ice on the roof to drip through. They did an amazing job and answered all of my questions and concerns. “He was very polite and did a good job. He did a wonderful job caulking my toilet back down. Kept my bathroom clean! My service was covered by warranty. Said that the toilet was severely clogged due to construction. May need to come back if the problem persists... other than that, he cleared the clog only time will tell!”
