About

Southwaste Disposal Llc works as a plumber based in Georgetown, TX. Homeowners here deal with the effects of hot summers and occasional winter freezes that stress pipes and drains, plus clay heavy soil that shifts and cracks lines over time. The company handles service calls tied to waste systems and related plumbing repairs that pop up in new builds and older neighborhoods alike. Local conditions often lead to clogs from tree roots or sediment buildup that needs direct attention to keep water flowing properly without backups into homes. This setup keeps crews busy across both fresh construction sites and established blocks where shifting ground creates ongoing drain troubles.

Technicians manage jobs that include guiding customers through drop offs of bulky items like disassembled baby cribs and old area rugs at the facility entrance with clear directions for first time users. They also address repeated missed pickups that leave garages full of trash and attract flies, along with cases where equipment has damaged property such as breaking a metal door anchored in concrete. Crews direct trucks to solid concrete spots next to large bins for safe unloading of miscellaneous junk from beds without creating debris fields or risking flat tires during the process. These tasks tie directly into clearing waste lines and handling the bulky debris that often follows plumbing fixes in local homes.

Customers note solid speed and fair pricing on straightforward visits but call out weak communication and quality when damage occurs or schedules slip, with some refusing further accountability after past incidents. Mixed results on those points show up across the feedback from various jobs in the area. The pattern holds steady through both quick fixes and more involved repairs where follow through matters most. What Customers Say

Terrible company followed up with terrible customer service. They damaged our property several times and have owned up for it in the past and paid for the damages. Now they’ve done it again and will not take accountability for it. Who else could break a metal door grounded in concrete except your driver with his truck. Their drivers are also some of the worst in the state they will refuse pick up for any reason leave doors open and trash everywhere. Please do better or get a new job.

Had a very positive experience here. I needed to throw away some disassembled baby cribs, old area rug, and other miscellaneous trash. I loaded it all up in my SUV and drove here. The lady at the entrance was very kind and provided me guidance when I told her it was my first time using the facility. She took a look at the stuff I had in the SUV and promptly gave me a price, I paid with card and she gave me instructions on where to drive next. At the next station you drive up to a stop sign, get out of your car, and talk to the employee at the station. They will check your receipt and give you instructions on where to park and dump your stuff. I drove up and backed up into the spot they told me to, and dumped all the stuff into the big container. And that was it. Interactions were super friendly and the process was very simple and straightforward. Can't recommend more. I will definitely be coming back.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. 3 weeks in a row they have refused to pick up our trash. Our garage is overflowing with trash and flies and it stink to high heaven. Lazy workers and terrible policies. Cancelled and went with ACDI. ALL my neighbor use ACDI and now I know why. Save yourself the headaches and change to ACDI as soon as son as you can.

Place was honestly awesome. Pulled up to the window, paid, and was directed to a *concrete* parking spot adjacent to a huge bin. Dumped all the junk from the bed of my truck into the bin and that was it. Safe and quick, and very reasonably priced. No debris field, no dangerous dozers, no flat tires, no hardhat or vest required.

I've dropped yard waste here several times over the years, and the place has changed some. Last time ,this last Saturday I got there too late, one employee present told me they closr every day at 3 pm. Website says closing is at 5 pm Mon- Fri. Called to ask the hours, and the person who answered the phone asked me which landfill I wanted to go to. I advise this establishment to disconnect their phone and stop listing a phone number, unless they have an employee who is alert enough to provide information telephonically.
