“had the team from Willard come out to do some electrical work at my apartment, and I can't recommend them enough! I was dealing with a really stressful situation involving a scam security system installer who messed with my wiring. The Willard crew came in, did a complete audit of my electrical setup, and restored everything to brand-new condition. They also got all my lights working perfectly again. What really stood out was how well they listened. They addressed all my concerns about unauthorized access and were surprisingly knowledgeable about high-tech cybercrime. They provided clear reports for me to give to law enforcement to ensure this doesn't happen again, and they even kindly offered to be a witness. They were incredibly empathetic about what I was going through, which meant a lot to me. Overall, they were extremely polite, pleasant, and communicative. Even though they had other appointments after mine, they managed their time perfectly and made sure absolutely everything I needed was taken care of before they left. This is a genuinely great company with a fantastic team, and I’d gladly have them back in the future! The only thing I would change is that they would also offered drywall repair after accessing inside the wall. These are before and after pictures of the cable box that was torn by the imposter”
“Austin was absolutely amazing! He took the time to sit down with us and clearly explain what was going on, what the issue was, and what the next steps would be. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure we understood everything before we left. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and gave us confidence moving forward. Exceptional customer service and professionalism from start to finish. Thank you, Austin, for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!”
“Aaron from Willard provided outstanding service when he came to check my AC unit. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he recommended. I appreciated his professionalism and the care he showed in making sure everything was running correctly. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.”
“Erik came out to provide an estimate for installing a new outlet. Great experience from start to finish! He was polite, wore shoe covers, and educated me on my electrical system. Will definitely use them again for future projects.”
“I had scheduled a tuneup about three months ago whenever he came to do a tuneup. First thing he did was go up to where the attic was and Open up the AC unit and clean something and while I was not up there with him once he was done I noticed that he had poked holes in our air ducts, which I then taped up, and the reason why I know is because he took pictures of him poking holes to do a air pressure reading with a certain tool. I have looked up online that you are supposed to tape it up as a HVAC professional, but he did not do that from the way he was behaving. I felt like he wasn’t doing his job correctly and also I felt like he was sent to sabotage my AC unit. I have been having issues with my employers, and this is their way of getting back at me. This is not OK. I have not done anything wrong, where I deserve to be treated like this. And even if I did do something wrong I still shouldn’t be treated like this. this is extremely stupid and it creates an unnecessary conflict. Whenever I watch commercials whenever someone does a tuneup, they’re supposed to break down the AC Unit fan and clean it I didn’t see him do it looked like he was pretending to open up the bolts and he was just flushing it with some water which I could’ve done the same without it costing $49. Jumping forward after three months now my AC unit is leaking because he poked holes in the Air duct system, and also whatever he did whenever he opened up the unit in the attic. I managed to find some of the damages he caused to the air duct, and I had it taped, but there was one in a picture that I couldn’t find that I couldn’t tape up, which may have caused the problem. But it makes me question. Why would someone purposely damage my unit leave evidence by giving me pictures after the service is over as this is standard. I decided not to write a review earlier because I don’t like conflict I would rather have my peace, fix the problem the best I can and let it go. Now I have water damage because the AC unit that was overflowing with water and leaking through one of our lights up from the ceiling. We bought our house new so every appliance is new and it was working fine. The only reason we called for a tuneup is because I looked up online that you should get one every year, but we haven’t had one in the last 4 1/2 years that we’ve been living here so I finally decided to do one. Whenever I call a professional, I expect them to have no bias against me. As well as I expect my unit to work better not worse. Whenever you call over a professional you expect him to fix a problem, not to create a problem. This is extremely unacceptable and I labeled this sort of behavior as corporate terrorism. Because you are Acting in a sneaky and demented way imposing fear of financial damages and losses from this mishap that you created for me and my mom.”
