“The repair involved installation of a new main water line to my house to replace the 70-year-old galvanized pipe that had developed a leak. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and used a mini excavator to dig a new curving trench for the line, which would disturb the roots of the big tree in my front yard as little as possible. Once that was done, they laid the new PEX line, installed a new customer-side shut-off valve to replace the old nonfunctioning one, and a new PRV (did not have one before). Then they smoothed over the soil displaced by digging the trench. Crew chief Jose and his assistant stayed afterwards to ensure all was working properly with the new water line. Entire job took about 3 hours.”

He and Luis worked on it for about an hour until they had to report that the pipe was actually broken. Not the news we wanted, but it needed to be fixed. They were back out on Wednesday, replaced the piping and cleared a clog from previous contractors dumping grout down our drain. Bryan was down in the hole under our house for half the day in the summer heat working diligently, and got everything done. Everything is working great now, and the crew they sent out for the dig and fill were also excellent. The job itself was very expensive, but given the customer service and quick turn around I didn't even bother shopping around. Huge shout out to Connor, Luis and Bryan. All three were amazing, showed us footage of what they were finding, and really went the extra mile.
