Top Notch Plumbing and Drain LLC

Top Notch Plumbing and Drain LLC runs a straight plumbing operation based in Gilbert, Arizona. The crew takes on both home and business jobs across the East Valley and nearby spots like Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix. They deal with the local desert conditions where hard water leaves mineral deposits in lines and extreme heat stresses older pipes and fixtures. Licensed to handle the full range of residential and commercial work, they focus on getting water systems back in order without extra delays or callbacks that waste time for property owners.

These plumbers handle leaks, clogs, sewer services, water heater replacements, gas line installs, toilet repairs, and water treatment setups for homes and buildings. They respond to emergency calls around the clock and take on new construction or remodel plumbing as well. In this area, common jobs include clearing drains packed with desert dust and debris, fixing burst lines from pressure swings, and adding filtration to deal with the mineral content in the supply. The team works site to site with basic tools and parts on the truck so most stops get finished the same day rather than stretching into multiple visits.

Homeowners and managers keep calling them back because the work holds up under daily use, response times stay quick even on weekends, and the pricing lands fair without surprise add-ons. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough so everyone knows what gets done and when. The crew earns steady repeat business by showing up prepared and leaving the job site clean. DIRT Score 4.97 from 505 reviews on Finds.

“Top Notch was referred to me by a friend/neighbor and from the initial phone call everything was professional and current. Connor was the tech who did the installation of a water heater I supplied. He did a super job and he did exactly what Gavin told mr initially what would be done including the parts that would be replaced. I knew that Connor's experience could be trusted when the first task he performed was to use the dimensions of the new water heater (shown on the carton) and measure the space where the heater would go. Great job! I will not hesitate to call Top Notch when I need them or to refer others who ask for a solid plumbing company.”

“Couldn't thank Mark and his team more! We've used his services on several occasions and most recently, Gavin came out to inspect a leak we had & had us an answer and quote within an hour. He came back the next day to get it done immediately and couldn't be happier. Very kind, felt very informed and their communication is amazing. Will continue to use them and recommend them to all!”

“Water heater went out and my usual plumber was out of town so he referred me to Mark at Top Notch. Mark set me up with an appointment quick and got the work done fast. He made sure not only to install it, but did all the other things, like getting my gas line up to code and added a pan for under the water heater. Good piece of mind and should be good for another 10+ years!”
