“This company was contracted out by a Choice Home Warranty. They convinced my elderly mother that she had mold behind her shower and repair guy from anytime said she needed that taken care of before he could fix her dripping faucet. Gary or Greg from Anytime called another company and the same day they were out and demoed her shower. Made homeowners claims due to the extent of the damage they did. When all was said and done, Anytime Home Services would not come back and fix the leak. This started March 9th and my mother's shower still looks like this, it is April 27th! Still waiting for Anytime to honor what they started. They refuse. I would use another contractor!! This company has terrible workers that do not know what they are doing and do not care about their customers.”

“The lack of communication from Anytime is unacceptable. This issue dates back to August 2025, when their service resulted in damage to a section of my wall. Before any work was done, the technician stated that he would have to cut into my wall, but assured me the section of wall would be replaced. After repeated attempts to reach them, I was finally connected with a contractor, only to be told that Anytime would not pay for the work. A refund for the cash I originally paid to their technician was then discussed with the owner, but since then my calls and emails have been ignored entirely. If you’re going tell your customer you’re going to resolve an issue it’s best to follow through with what you say.”

He reached out to me by phone to say hello and let me know he had a cancellation and could get to our house sooner and wanted to know if he could stop by sooner. We were happy to get it done earlier than scheduled. He was professional, did a timely installation, was very respectful of our home and he made the whole process very simple and easy. “The technician showed up and said he couldn’t remove the fitting because he didn’t have the right tool and was going to make some calls to find one but he took off instead and I didn’t hear back from the company for 5 days even after I called ever day and left voicemail after voicemail, I had no water for 7 days. I also contacted my home warranty company because they are the ones who dispatched this company and they said he never filed his report. I called Anytime AGAIN and they had no idea what was going on then he filed his report stating that I broke it so then my warranty company denied the claim and I lost $95 for a service call in which nothing was done. The part was eroded and there was no way I could have broken it. They were rude to me because I was irritated that no one would cal”

“Terrible service and total abandonment during a pregnancy emergency.Republic Home Warranty sent this company to my daughter's house. They were scheduled for Thursday but did not show up until Tuesday. My daughter already paid the $100 service fee, but the technician asked an additional $125 just to camera the pipes.While at the house, the technician took a personal phone call, went outside, and drove away without a single word of explanation or communication. Now, the company refuses to answer the phone. My daughter is 37 weeks pregnant and left with no working toilets. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe. Avoid at all costs.”

Came in and replaced 1 toilet and repaired a downstairs toilet in a reasonable amount of time. Did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.
