“DO NOT USE! See the pictures I’ve attached- let that be your guide before you use them. This company is also not established with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This company is awful. I had to use them because this is who my Home Warranty used. My Water Heater went bad and started leaking. Call Us Plumbing came out to inspect and said they would be back for the repair. Meanwhile, the water heater continued to leak for 12 days. I called repeatedly (30+ times) and they would not answer nor call me back. They finally called to schedule the replacement but it was too late as the water heater burst and did damage to my floors. They finally offered to come out and gave me a 4 hour window. No one showed up. The technician called me an hour after to alert me that he would not be showing up. H”

Last Tuesday they sent technician Chase out to fix a leak in my shower. He fixed the leak but said he would need to come back on Thursday to put the screw in the handle. Thursday morning passes by don't hear anything. I reach out to the company they said they will have Chase reach out to me. He never call or shows up. Friday I reach out to the company asking please can someone come finish the job and put a screw back in the handle of the shower so it doesn't keep fall off.
