Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Text and calls informing me of arrival and Techs name so I knew who would be arriving. Friendly and on time. Porter arrived with a smile, presentable clean cut and a handshake… I had explained concerns before he arrived… as I walked him through he was very informative, knowledgeable and honest with discovery of issues. He e mailed a complete “findings” report and estimate with in minutes. “10” out of “10” recommendation… prompt return call, on time, friendly/approachable, knowledgeable and to the point!
