While the cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher “Taneea”(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there’s any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there’s no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it’s gonna be $125 just to cut the ”

“Response time was great, within a couple hours as the plumber finished another job early. Appreciated the text with photo of who would be coming. Jim, the plumber, was professional and friendly. We had two shower faucets in the same shower and both needed a cartridge changed. So far, it seems to be fine. We didn’t give 5 stars because we were charged $700 for the job that took less than one hour and parts should have been well under $200. We understand professional labor, but $500 for less than an hour is not fulfilling the promise of affordability that there website states.”
