I tried two times with drain openers from Home Depot, and nothing worked. I called your company and on Feb 17, you sent your technician Faustino Arteaga. He came and opened the drain, and it was not easy; but he took the time and mastered the science to resolve the problem. His work and his diligence make a great statement about your company’s quality & professionalism. Also, the price was exceptionally reasonable. In this neighborhood, we ask each other for references based upon our experiences. “I called them at noon on a Thursday about a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to get here by 6 to fix it. Brandon was great. Very professional and explained my problem in detail. Got it cleaned out and sink is working great. All for $34! Wish I had more cash on hand to tip him. Highly recommend them. .”
