When Javier, the technician, showed up he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected the area carefully and chose the best possible course of action. He had assistance from another technician, and together they worked to clear the blockage. While they were working, they showed me a camera view of the blockage and later the clean pipe after the work was completed, which I really appreciated.
