AZ Family Plumbing Co LLC

AZ Family Plumbing Co LLC runs as a family-owned plumbing outfit based in Glendale, TX. They handle the full range of residential plumbing needs that come up for local homeowners, from quick fixes to full system work. The crew stays set up for fair pricing on every job and keeps crews on call for 24/7 emergency service so people do not sit with busted pipes or no water overnight. Their focus stays on water heaters, drains, and the other common breakdowns that hit houses in the area, with a direct approach that skips the runaround.

Glendale, TX sees long stretches of heat that wear down pipes, water heaters, and seals faster than in milder spots, so homeowners deal with leaks, low pressure, and clogged lines more often than they like. This crew takes on 24 hour plumbing repairs along with water treatment setups, water softeners, sinks and faucets, tubs and showers, toilets, gas line repair, sump pumps, and full drain and sewer work. They use drain cleaning, sewer repair, trenchless methods, hydro-jetting, rooter services, and camera inspections to find issues without extra digging, plus tank and tankless water heater installs and service that keeps hot water steady through the seasons.

Customers note the crew shows up on time, explains the problem in plain terms, and finishes without padding the bill or leaving a mess behind. Speed on emergency calls stands out along with solid quality that lasts and prices that stay competitive against bigger outfits. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough, which builds steady trust in the work. DIRT Score 4.95 from 318 reviews on Finds.

“Thank you so Much Jeff for the professional and as always quick REPAIR! I will forever be recommending this Plumbing company!!! This is the third time we’ve used AZ Family Plumbing and Jason always makes us feel like family and responds so quickly! I have them on speed dial and SO SHOULD YOU! 😊”

“After some research I landed with AZ Family and was provided very quality work with reasonable prices. Jake explained all options and his workmanship was impeccable. Answered all my questions, plus cleaned and disposed of the trash. Gained a lifelong customer!”

“AZ Family Plumbing is the best. I did a semi-DIY bathroom renovation that required complete plumbing assistance. It was by far the largest project I’ve undertaken, and I literally could not have done it without Jake’s help! He has been an excellent communicator from day one and has given me so much advice and great referrals when needed. Jake helped ensure we picked appropriate fixtures, was available to bail us out when things weren’t going to plan, and the AZ Family Plumbing team demoed/installed everything in an extremely timely fashion. I have already called on them again for odd jobs, and definitely plan to use them in the future for large scale projects! If you’re looking for excellent customer service, look no further.”

“Found AZ Family Plumbing from Navien’s authorized installer website when we were having problems with our recirculating pump. They were very communicative and identified our issue immediately. Very respectful of our request to wear booties over work boots inside house, very clean and professional work. Great communication, very efficient, and solved our problem. Highly recommend!”

“Jason & crew are always helpful & honest. This time I met Jake & he was super cool plus helped fully explain our problem and gave me options. Then, he took care of a completely different plumbing problem before leaving. These guys are busy & often booked but I will always call them first!”

“Outstanding, very professional, honest, and cost-saving. I will be using them for future plumbing fixes as I will be needing a pipe burst in 9months to a year or so. Thank you AZ Family Plumbing Co LLC. I will be contacting you again.”

“Excellent and knowledgeable plumbers. We have a pair of Navien tankless water heaters that were not functioning properly. We contact one of the larger do everything plumbing companies and after several visits they were unable to fix our problem. We called AZ Family Plumbing and they quickly and correctly diagnosed our problem and provided a fast fix. Would definitely recommend.”

“AZ Family Plumbing provided excellent service! From being able to schedule service for the next day, to Jake answering all my plumbing questions, even when they weren't related to the leak he were there to fix. Jake worked quickly and efficiently and I appreciate his help!”

“AZ family plumbing is the best, reliability service I have since moving here! They were brought in to do inspections when I bought the house. I contacted them a few times when things break in the house later on, they were able to quickly come out and fix them, even correct the mistakes the previous plumbers made! They are punctual, professional and most important - they know what they are doing!”

“Jake is an outstanding plumber. Personable, extremely knowledgeable on all facets of plumbing. He's honest too. He has performed service on our hot water heater, RO system, and water softener. Service costs are very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend AZ Family Plumbing”
