“Alex is a skilled plumber and an effective communicator. Oh, and his prices are very reasonable… which is, sadly, a quality missing from other plumbers. I used Next Generation plumbing for 10+ years. Spent $$$$ with them- until I noticed the quality of the tankless heater they replaced my old Bosch heater with was subpar. Yes, yes- prices are up - for all of us. But prices don’t need to triple in the time span of 2 years. Derks plumbing installed a water monitor for under 1k. I was quoted $2,700 by NG and another company. Derks offered quality, guaranteed satisfaction work for a fair price. Quality work and Fair priced. I think that’s what most ppl want… and Alex is very friendly, too. Highly recommend.”
