Without any notice, my wife’s card was charged $1,444.26 — over three times the quoted price. No one explained the price increase before taking payment. The installation left drywall damage, debris, and stains, and even after visiting the local office and contacting corporate, nothing was resolved. The manager offered a small $200 refund that never went through, and no one ever followed up as promised. This company showed zero transparency or accountability. “Five stars due to Al doing a great job! However, scheduling left a lot to be desired. The service time window was 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. I received 2 different texts from 2 different techs within the window time saying they were running behind. No one came so I called the office to get status. I was then told a different tech was on his way and would arrive in 50 minutes. That tech arrived at 6:00 pm and did a great job. He also gave me a discount for my inconvenience which was very nice”

“Mark with with Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday after our water heater tank leaked all over the garage floor, and we decided to go with a tankless water heater. After some delay from Home Depot for parts, mak came back out on Tuesday and exchanged our tank out. mark do an amazing job, always on time, very patient, attention to detail was top notch. John came in and located the leak that came from my water heater pipes that ran along inside bedroom walls. He also found unnoticed water damage I didn't see. Mark then came in and repaired the leak. He did an awesome job. All within the same day. Their team work was outstanding. I also felt their service fee was very reasonable.
