“We arrived to our second home in the late evening to find a slow water leak and mold issue. Johnathan with Justice came out after hours and helped cap the leak and remove the faulty water heater. In addition to being a great guy, great plumber and have a great personality (when my nerves were frayed), he made a referral call and helped set me up with a mold abatement team and construction group. A late plumbing call that was filled with stress was handled top notch and ended above & beyond what was expected. Johnathan and the Justice team have been great. We will do all plumbing work with them.”

“I’ve not used this firm and likely won’t. I was quoted $95 for the tech to come out and the receptionist wasn’t familiar with their pricing policies. I suggested a call from a tech to discuss pricing - they’re too busy for a call, but they could get them scheduled today to come by. For $95. Opportunistic almost predatory pricing relying on customers who know nothing about this business. Not cool.”

“Once the 2026 freeze starting to thaw, I noticed on my way out the door to go to work, I had an outdoor, above ground water leak to a faucet. Apparently, I had not wrapped it enough. I called to get a repair estimate. I was advised it would cost $95 for someone to come look at it but that would be applied towards the repair. The tech came and looked at it and sent me a photo of a failed PVC fitting. He quoted $438 to repair. I declined. I made the repair myself for $20, because I bought glue, and took less than 20 minutes. If techs are really making $1,254, I am in the wrong line of work. Still paid $95 for the tech to pull back insulation and send a photo of a broken PVC fitting.”

“I called Justice Plumbing because I needed a pipe replaced under my house (under-slab work). I clearly explained the problem, as I saw it, over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. When the plumber arrived, he immediately told me they “don’t do any under-slab work” and could not help me. What makes this especially frustrating is that they still charged me a full service call fee even though they couldn’t (and apparently don’t) perform the exact job I described. Something every other plumber I called was willing to handle. A simple heads-up during the initial call would have saved me time and money. This company wasted my time and still billed me for showing up to say “no.””

“Justice Plumbing came out to replace a hose bib and did a solid job. The plumber was courteous, professional, and very friendly throughout the visit. The work itself was done well and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star review is pricing. For a roughly 30-minute, one-person job, the cost felt unusually high. The plumber did work with me on the price, which I appreciated, but even with that adjustment it was still above what I would consider reasonable for the scope of work. At $428 total for a relatively inexpensive part plus labor, the effective hourly rate felt excessive and nearly caused me to cancel the service. Overall, good workmanship and customer service, but pricing transparency and alignment with industry norms would go a long way toward earning that fifth star.”
