I had long ago resigned myself to that being a lost era and nowadays we just get mega-national companies who send a different person every time and try and upsell us on everything, even if the part in question still works just fine. Well, I’ll be damned, but all hope is not lost. Jeron at Prime Flow Plumbing is my guy! Truly the nicest, most sincere, honest, and helpful tradesman I have ever experienced. I 100% recommend him and have already booked him for multiple projects. Give him a shot and you will not regret. Btw, I was not paid, given a discount, or asked to give this recommendation. “Used them twice. Once to replace our water heater. I could do it myself but rather save my back and they warranty it. Plus they include all the new fittings, expansion tank, exhaust etc. Second time I had a drum trap clogged. Recommend we replace the whole thing with a P trap. He got it done so quick and was able to take a shower that evening.”
