“I’ve used Flat Rate plumbing several times in Arlington. A complete water heater replacement with some drilling through the brick wall for emergency water escape. It was a big job, done for a fair price, and 5 years later……still have a hot shower! He has repaired a broken outside faucet in which I had to shut the water off in a timely fashion. Diagnosed a major under the slab leak, which was not something he does, but recommended a company who recommended the company we went with. Also has snaked out our clogged kitchen sink line about 50’ down pipe. I will use him again if needed and vouch for his speed and competitive pricing.”
