“Installers did not utilize this space well. We replaced 2 Hot Water heaters with one larger unit- they installed this unit at the edge of the platform making access to the HVAC unit tight and replacing the batteries on the shut off valve very difficult. They could have easily installed the new unit back by 2 feet. They failed to follow instructions on 2 other units on the other side of the house and had to come back to redo the work as was specified originally. Their estimator was very good, but the follow through was disappointing.”

“Great, great, great HVAC company! They do good work at a very reasonable price and they back what they do! They are also very responsive! They replaced my AC motor in January for a base level price. Unfortunately it faltered the evening of Thursday June 18th, but they were there first thing in the morning Friday June 19th and fixed the issue at no cost and they came during a thunderstorm! Great people and great service! I have used money gouging commercial companies in the past that try to charge for memberships and unnecessary maintenances but I will never go back!”

“Andres was great. I went into this repair, thinking it would end up Turning into an insurance claim. He was very knowledgeable, described in detail what the issue was, and the process to fix it. He even entertained my 2.5 year old son. We had a hose bib replaced after it hadn’t been used for several months, and it caused a huge leak in our house. All told, he was in and out, and had all my questions answered in under an hour for a same day service repair. 10/10 would recommend BillyGo, and I will be requesting Andres on our next (hopefully non-emergency) service repair.”

“I had scheduled service and was given a 2 hour window. Had to make sure I was off work and home. The tech never called and never showed up. I called the office and they said the tech had been here and rang the bell. The interesting thing is that when he said he rang the bell we were in the house with the front door and garage door both standing open. We rescheduled and he didn’t show again. 2 hours after his time window had passed he called and tried to come. I was already gone. Gave it one more chance and this time he showed half hour early and said we can’t use water during the time my daughter had to be getting ready for work. I do not recommend!”

“Hands down, the worst plumbing experience we have ever had that keeps going on for years. We had a tankless water heater installed. BillyGo messed up every aspect of it. It has leaked when it was less than a year old. It is leaking now at 5 years old. Never ever let these people "fix" or replace anything in your house. We won't even call them under the warranty because they are literally that bad. I don't think they know how to actually do plumbing.”
