“I'm part of an HOA. We had a long relationship with Professional Services for plumbing. Way Mechanical bought them and proceeded to alienate all Professional Services employees. They are down to 3 plumbers. Even though we spent tens of thousands of dollars, their management deteriorated to a point we could not work together. They would start a job and then plumbers would get pulled off before completing it. They left a sewer line job incomplete and stated they fixed all leaks. However our new plumber arrived and said the leaks still existed. Their plumbers left their truck unlocked and open and incited a thief to steal their pro press tool. We have video. Then the director Stan demanded armed security from the HOA if they were to finish. How ridiculous! Employers are responsible for employee safety not their customers. When suggested the plumbers carry a gun to make them feel safer, management said it was against company policy. Way Mechanical is not reliable.”

“Went there to visit. Very nice clean building on the inside. Great Cowboys decor”
