“Requested that they come out and take a look at our tankless hot water heater. After an hour of troubleshooting, they determine it is not recieving gas, inform that I will need to get with the gas company, write me a check for the visit, and roll out. So we contact the gas company, they come out and get gas flowing. System still doesn't work. Utility determines *for sure* that the system is getting gas flow and should be operating. Once utility leaves, I pop open the system to find multiple electrical connections undone, including the electric ignitor. Note that on my receipt it does not state anything about leaving components disconnected in the summary of work. I very likely saved myself another $150 bill by correcting the issue that *three* plumbers left in our heater before bolting it back up, anticipating naivety and a call back after the utility got gas flowing again. Would not recommend.”
