“The manager needs a lesson in customer service. I paid to park my truck there. I drive my personal vehicle over there and leave it parked. Yesterday they took a blade through the lot to level it out threw mud, gravel, and water all over the side of my personal vehicle. I called today to talk to the manager. He got belligerent with me claiming they didn't do it that the city must have came through and done it ( I don't believe the city takes care of private property ), after he used a few choice words, he tells me that they are not responsible for personal vehicles and that I can start parking elsewhere.”
