70 West Plumbing LLC

70 West Plumbing LLC operates as a straightforward plumbing company based in Hot Springs. They bring more than twenty years of hands-on experience to the trade and have been locally owned and operated since 2018. The crew focuses on residential and light commercial plumbing work across Hot Springs, Bismarck, and the surrounding communities. Homeowners in this part of the state turn to them when pipes fail, fixtures need attention, or larger system issues crop up in houses that have stood for decades. Their background shows steady local roots without any flash or outside backing.

They take on water heater repairs including AO Smith units, full emergency calls that hit at all hours, and complete pipe replacements when old lines give out. The approach stays simple with honest assessments upfront and quick turnarounds that keep homes running. In the Hot Springs area plumbers regularly handle problems from shifting ground, hard water buildup, and sudden bursts during temperature swings that catch owners off guard. Jobs often involve tracing leaks behind walls, swapping out failing tanks before they flood floors, and rerouting lines in older properties where access stays tight. This kind of work demands practical know-how to avoid repeat visits and extra costs for the people who live there.

Customers keep coming back because the team shows up on time, explains options in plain terms without padding bills, and finishes work that holds up under daily use. Reviews highlight solid speed on emergency runs, clean quality on replacements, fair pricing that matches the scope, and steady updates while the job moves forward. That pattern of reliable performance adds up across dozens of calls in the area. DIRT Score 4.68 from 45 reviews on Finds.
