“I am more than satisfied with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Services. To my misfortune, I’ve had two issues in 2 weeks; however, the turn around time was amazing. The front office is customer friendly and knowledgeable- they listen to your concerns and dispatch based on your needs. Technicians are introduced via text before they ever appear at your door- awesome!!! The techs are fast, all business yet courteous. I’ve lived here 12 years and this was my first time using their services, as it was right before July 4 and no one would respond but them. I can’t say enough about both services. “We had 2 toilets installed. Received an installation discount on the second toilet. Technicians arrived on time. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up and double checked their work before leaving. Cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Other than newly installed toilets, they left no trace! This was not my first time to use this company. They do great work! Highly recommend.”

“Was not initially happy with a big national company, but the person who runs the Hot Springs Arkansas Franklin plumbing that took care of me. Yes, they made it a couple of mistakes and I had to call them back twice so that was three visits but they did show up promptly and hopefully fixed my problem but overall I’m very happy with these people not too happy the fact that I hired a Big national plumbing company and also not happy with the fact that a simple leak in a toilet would cost well over $200. I tried to fix the leak myself for $12 but they did the same thing they replaced the same part I did but they charged me well over $200 for it so yes, I’m not happy with the price but what do you expect from a national chain?”

“When I say I had a plumbing disaster… I mean EVERY toilet overflowing, tubs and showers backing up—just an absolute nightmare. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and thankfully they were able to get me on the schedule the same day (10 AM–1 PM window), which was a lifesaver since I’m only in town for spring break. They came out and quickly figured out the issue—turns out I have SEVEN areas where tree roots have grown into my old clay pipe system. 😳 Not exactly what you want to hear, but I’ve known for years this could eventually happen. Replacing it all has just been so expensive. Thankfully my dad had already replaced the pipes under the house years ago, which helped some. The technician explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to upsell me, and gave me ”

“I was so disappointed with the deception. That a technician created when he gave me a price for a simple spigot replacement. He said it would take several hours and based on the labor, he gave me the $500 estimate, this is in addition to $150 service fee. Total close to &650. but when he actually did the work it took him less than 30 mins. This is for replacing an outside spigot. I think he took advance of us because he saw. Senior citizen desperately wanted to fix the leak issue. I am planning to put my review on line, but I am going someone will contact me To address my dissatisfaction. Really shame for the dishonesty. “Called to schedule a disposal replacement. Before scheduling, ask for approximately the labor cost and product information. They would not even give a basic labor cost or info on product they might provide. I then asked if I could purchase and provide my own appliance, told I could. Upon arrival installer looked at my product and immediately shook head vigorously NO. I pointed out 10 yr warranty and asked for labor cost for install of my product and labor and product they had available. Extremely high: labor only well over $250/ labor and product well over $650. Oh there is additional automatic trip charge added.Those are member prices! Company has done other work I have been highly pleased with and seemed reasonably priced. Inconsistent is best description I can use.”
