Bowen Plumbing

Bowen Plumbing runs as a licensed family-owned outfit based in Hot Springs that has handled plumbing work across the area since 1985. They serve Hot Springs along with spots like Malvern and Hot Springs Village and stick to straightforward fixes and installs that keep water and waste lines moving in local homes. The crew takes calls for everyday issues and bigger projects alike without adding extra layers or delays that homeowners often face from outfits that overpromise. Their experience in the region covers the common setups found in older houses and newer builds alike where pipes and fixtures take a beating from regular use.

They handle water heater repair and replacement when units fail or leak, along with drain cleaning to clear stubborn clogs that stop sinks and tubs from draining right. Leak detection finds hidden problems in walls or slabs before they turn into bigger messes, while leak repair and water or sewer line work fixes breaks that affect whole properties. Whole-house repiping updates old lines that corrode over time, gas line installation keeps appliances running safe, bathroom remodeling updates fixtures during bigger jobs, and plumbing pumps move water where gravity falls short. The team shows up with the right tools to diagnose on site and complete the work without leaving unfinished spots or extra cleanup for the owner.

Homeowners in Hot Springs deal with hot summers that speed up wear on seals and joints plus occasional heavy rains that test outdoor drains and sewer connections. Bowen earns its marks by showing up fast when pipes burst or heaters quit during peak times, delivering solid repairs that hold up without callbacks, and keeping costs clear from the first visit so there are no surprises on the bill. Their communication stays direct about what needs doing and how long it will take. DIRT Score 4.42 from 117 reviews on Finds.

“We had an excellent experience with David at Bowen Plumbing. He responded quickly, came out promptly, and diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue with professionalism and expertise. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and the repair was completed efficiently. It's hard to find someone who is both knowledgeable and dependable, and David exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate the fast response and exceptional service. We highly recommend David and Bowen Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality plumbing work!”

“Listen when you need a plumber call Mr Bowen. This guy knows exactly what he’s doing and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how honest and respectful he is. He’s such a nice guy too. I’m so pleased with the work he did replacing our shower hardware and our sink faucets.”

“Last Thursday we had a severe water line leak from the meter to our house. Hot springs utilities contacted me and said we were losing up to 200 gallons per hr. Three weeks prior I had a franchise plumbing company repair a smaller leak on the same line. I called them and they said it wasn't the repair leaking and told me they could get it fixed 6 days later on Wednesday. Fourth of July weekend coming and I couldn't get a repair sooner than 6 days later wouldn't work. I called Bowen and they came out, suggested ways to save water until they could come to do the line replacement on Monday. Not perfect, but better than the "Big company" offered AND at a lower price. Very pleased with their work and they have definitely earned my business in the future. No more Big Ben.”

“Honesty goes a long way! Contacted Mr. Bowen to look at a leaky water heater. He responded to my message same day. After looking everything over he determined that a minor repair was needed and that I didn't need to replace the whole unit (which would have been expensive). I appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through the problem and the repair. I'll definitely call him again in the future with any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.”

“Bowen Plumbing is the best! Fast, efficient, ethical, skilled…I can’t say enough good things. Mr. Bowen corrected problems in our master shower that two other companies could not fix. He also noticed we had low water pressure and fixed that too!! We highly recommend Bowen Plumbing!”

“I highly recommend Bowen Plumbing! They listened to my problem and came prepared with options to fix it! They were fast and efficient and the work was superior! I greatly appreciate their promptness in working me in and the quality of the work!”

“Truly the best plumber in town. Mr. Bowen is professional, caring and really knows his stuff. The pricing is great as well. Mr. Bowen is now our family and business plumber :D”

“Bowen Plumbing has been our plumbing service for years. On New Years Eve night, we had an emergency when the valve on our continuous hot water popped and caused flooding. David Bowen responded quickly to shut off water heater and water. He came back on New Years Day to do repairs. Recently we had a gas leak that was difficult to find. Bowen Plumbing worked until they found the small leak caused by old, rusty pipes. To make sure everything was safe and met regulations, they replaced all gas pipes in our home. This job involved jackhammering a sidewalk and navigating tight spaces under our house. The work was done quickly and passed city/gas inspection without any issues. Thankful for the service Bowen Plumbing provides us.”

“Mr Bowen is professional and knowledgeable, the install was efficient and quick. I would highly recommend Mr Bowen for all your plumbing needs.”

“We’ve used Bowen Plumbing since moving to this area three years ago. Service is unfailingly prompt, expert, and cheerful. Prices are reasonable.”
