CITY PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRIC, INC.

City Plumbing, Heating & Electric, Inc. runs as a plumbing crew based in Hot Springs. They focus on plumber services that keep water systems working for homes and small properties across the area. The outfit handles calls for repairs and replacements from locals who deal with everyday breakdowns like stopped drains or worn fixtures. Operating out of 318 Third Street with weekday hours from eight to four thirty, they stay available for the steady stream of work that comes from older houses and the local water conditions. Homeowners in Hot Springs count on this kind of outfit when pipes leak or equipment quits without warning.

Plumbers in Hot Springs face steady demand for drain cleaning to clear buildup from hard water and mineral deposits common in the region. They also swap out water heaters that fail under constant use, install or repair sump pumps ahead of heavy rains, and hunt down hidden leaks in aging lines around kitchens and baths. Sprinkler installation and maintenance keeps yards watered without waste, while RPZ backflow testing protects the supply from contamination. These jobs show up often because of the mix of older construction and seasonal weather that stresses plumbing. The crew works by showing up with the right tools, fixing the immediate problem, and checking the rest of the system so the same issue does not return right away.

Customers give credit for jobs that finish on time without dragging out or costing more than expected. The crew keeps communication clear from the first call through the final check, and the quality holds up under daily use. Speed matters when a leak hits, and this group earns notice for arriving ready to work instead of creating extra mess. Price stays fair for the scope of work, which builds repeat calls from the same neighborhoods. DIRT Score 4.23 from 84 reviews on Finds.

“Excellent customer service and support from Zach. He is an experienced professional with attention to detail. Definitely worth the investment to optimize performance of your HVAC system. We find great value in their bi annual service and have used them for all our plumbing maintenance work too. Great people to work with.”

“They are a great company! They have great customer service and helped me with my plumbing needs. I would Highly recommend!”

“We had an issue with our piping at our business. We called a couple plumbers who couldn't fix it. One of them told me "you should call City Plumbing." Coming from a competitor, I took his word for it, and we've been using them ever since. They are absolutely fantastic and very helpful. We recently used them to replace our water fountain from 1991! He was very helpful and texted with me over which fountain to get. We love it. Drinking way more water than ever before and not wasting money or plastic.”

“Be careful that you understand their pricing. I ended up paying $400 an hour for them to install a kitchen faucet that I had already bought.”

“Great service always from City Plumbing. I have been a repeat customer for several years. Compare their price of service and replacement to other businesses. In 2022, they installed a new system in my home. I am happy with the price and installment.”

“We have used this company twice this year now within 6 months and they are a wonderful company to work with! They responded so quickly and communicated very well with me and my husband to get a repairman out here to help. Colton specifically was fantastic and did a great job in the repairs we needed. I highly recommend this business to everyone for plumbing, heating or any other needs they provide!”

“Wow... another great experience with City Plumbing! Colten came and saved the day on a busted pipe. He was additionally very educational and made me feel empowered with knowledge I hadn't previously had! We are already repeat customers and will continue to be thanks to the way this company is represented by its technicians.”

“City Plumbing is wonderful to work with from the receptionists who always answer to the technicians who've been to my home. I have a newer home built by one of Hot Springs' most respected builders and she referred me to City Plumbing. The receptionist always has answers and works with me on scheduling. Rodney and Colton have been to my house to do projects. They're professional and efficient then they take all the time I need to explain and review their work. I appreciate their promptness and expertise. They've done some good problem-solving work and trained me on how to turn up the temp on my water heater. I'm glad I've got City Plumbing.”

“I called City Plumbing for an estimate to install a Kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher hookup. The guys came out today to bid the job. Even though it was higher than I expected to pay, we decided to hire them to do the work so we could do the dishes. So far, I am pleased with their work; I have hot water and no leaks! Thank you~”

“City Plumbing was fabulous on ALL counts. Customer Service, responsiveness, and backing up their work! Zachary Jones and Ryan Walling were beyond professional, timely, and informative. Zach sent me descriptive pictures. I was able to send those pics and detailed invoices to the water company for an adjustment to my bill as well. Sherri always answered the phone quickly and was always helpful; I received a thank you in the mail from Sherri right after my service. Great company, great service and I know who I will use in the future.”
