Acacias Plumbing LLC

Acacias Plumbing LLC works out of Houston as a straight-ahead plumbing crew that covers both homes and businesses across the city and nearby spots like Sugar Land. They handle the full range of jobs that come up in older houses and newer builds alike, from clearing stubborn clogs to sorting out water heater troubles. Licensed bonded and insured they focus on showing up the same day when calls come in and quoting prices upfront so homeowners know what to expect before any work starts. Their approach stays local and practical with no extra layers between the crew and the customer.

The team tackles drain cleaning hydro jetting and main line issues head on along with tank and tankless water heater repairs or replacements. Robert reached a 1930s home within hours to check a backed up shower drain then returned the next day with Dallas to finish the access work under tight crawl space conditions. Hector arrived at a minor emergency in ninety minutes assessed options on site and completed the fix without delay. Other calls involved flushing a tankless unit only to confirm it could wait another year based on honest inspection and giving clear choices on an aging water heater instead of pushing a full swap right away.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crew moves fast with fair prices and clear talk about what needs doing versus what can hold off. Reviews highlight reliable fixes on tight timelines solid communication during the job and cleanup that leaves the place better than found. That steady record of quality work at reasonable cost adds up across dozens of calls in Houston. DIRT Score 4.79 from 62 reviews on Finds.

“Our house is from the 30’s as we need constant repairs with very tiny access underneath our home. We had our shower drain backed up pretty badly. Upon calling Acacias plumbing, Robert the plumber, was able to come out within a few hours & assess. The next day both him & Dallas tackled getting the line drained & cleaned out at a very reasonable price. Both him & Dallas were incredibly friendly, honest & informative. All around five stars as we know these jobs aren’t easy & the most fun, especially in 100 degree Houston weather. Thank y’all for your help, we hope to use you in the future!”

“We have used Acacias for a lot of our plumbing issues over past few years. Their prices seem reasonable and they do good work. I appreciate their honesty. Today I asked them to come out and flush my tankless water heater, but when they checked it they said that work was not needed till a year later. I always appreciate any business that does not try to push a service that is not necessary.”

“I was having problems with my water heater, and he was able to come take a look at it the day I called. He gave me multiple options, and wasn't just trying to sell me a new water heater. I did choose to go with a new water heater just because mine was pretty old already and I didn't want to deal with more issues in the near future. The installers were knowledgeable and professional.”

“We had a minor emergency today! Called many plumbers and no one was able to come out until we call Acacias! Hector came out in 1.5 hours! He promptly assessed the situation and gave me a few options to make sure my needs were met! Hector fixed everything asap. He also shared about their membership and the deals that come along with that perk! I am excited I have a new plumbing company that really cares about customer service! Hector is the hero today!!! 10/10 recommend!!!”

“I got an emergency in my home and needed a plumber quick! They not only showed up on time but they also explained what they were doing every step of the way. The technician was nice and professional, even gave me tips on how to prevent and do maintenance to make sure it didn't happen again. Would definitely recommend!”
