Set up my appointment and Jared shows up, earlier than expected, love to see it. Jared was friendly, informative and above all, transparent. He diagnosed the issue, took me along the plumbing repair journey so I knew what the heck I was gonna pay for. Once we were aligned on cost he got right to work. Before I knew it (estimated 15 minutes) he was done. He cleaned up and had the area looking as if he was never even here. While they were here they were extremely thorough and showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The transparency and professionalism is not something you get every day.
