What Customers Say
“Everyone I have had contact with at Chavez Plumbing has been very courteous and professional. We had them come out several times recently and each time they have done great work and they always keep the area clean. For one job, we needed them to come early in the morning to disconnect the kitchen plumbing and the oven for countertop installers who were arriving at 9am. Chavez was here at 8am sharp and they returned the next morning at 9am to reinstall everything. I like that they are smaller than some of the big plumbing companies in Houston, but they are still able to come out either the same day or the next day, unlike some small companies I have called in the past.”
“I called Chavez plumbing and talked to Jaylene due to broken pex piping. Jaylene directed me that the guys were busy but that she should would find a timeslot to accommodate me. Luis and P showed up same day as I called with a great attitude. Walked me through the process and options I had. Told me exactly what was wrong. Very transparent. Higly recommend, extremely courteous and very personable”
“I’ve been using Chavez for over 10 years. Great service and reliable. I’ve tried other plumbers but I’ve always come back to Chavez because they do a great work and are dependable and on time.”
“Grease trap in 2023. Installed the grease trap and then I had to pay separate for the concrete pour and rebar through another company. Great job with the install just wish I knew it was two separate prices and companies up front.”
“Mr. Chavez was prompt and did a great job. I called Saturday morning for an estimate and he came over right away. Gave me an estimate and he started immediately. He was very professional and left everything clean. He will be my go to plumber for any issues from now on.”
