About
The Plumbing Pro works as a plumber based in Porter, Texas. They take on residential plumbing jobs around the local area where homes often deal with pipe problems and fixture issues due to the local conditions. The company provides service for things that go wrong with water lines and drains in houses. Homeowners in Porter call on them when leaks start or when old parts need swapping out. They show up to handle the basic and not so basic plumbing repairs that come up in everyday living. The focus stays on getting water flowing right again without extra steps or delays that waste time.
They handle jobs like faucet replacements where crews swap out two units at once and get the sinks back in working order. One customer ended up paying more than six hundred fifty dollars for that kind of work and noted the cost came in higher than expected from the referral. Other calls involve quick checks on fixtures that homeowners want fixed fast. Response times vary since some messages went unanswered for over a week while other visits happened right on schedule with crews described as steady and direct. The approach keeps things simple with the right tools for the fix and no added layers.
Customers give mixed feedback on the results with some pointing to solid work that left no issues after the visit and others calling out high charges or slow replies to calls. Praise often lands on showing up when promised and keeping things professional during the job itself. Price stands out as a repeated sore spot while quality on completed repairs earns better marks from those who got the service. DIRT Score 3.24 from 14 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“The work they did was good - I have no complaints. But they are overpriced. I went with them based on a referral from someone else who used them and indicated they were great price wise and service wise. They are price wise they are overpriced. Charged over $650.00 for 2 faucets (which I found/saw at Home Depot for $49.00) and 2 valves. (Had to get the plumbing done because water was leaking) The service man even forgot to turn my water back on after he finished the job. I had another guy do my valves and he only charged 1/4th of the price that Pride Plumbing charged. I was going to have them do my other bathroom but after seeing how they ripped me off - they can kiss my business good bye.”
“Never responded to messages left over a period of one and a half weeks. Will never contact them in the future.”
“Very professional and on time”
“Nice”
“I will never recommend this company because they charge me $559.66 and $300 for labor and a rebuild kit 😒”
