“This company came out 3 times and managed to make the leak worse with every visit. We had a home warranty and they sent them out. The home warranty didn’t pay for the leak because it was a modification which isn’t their fault at all but we decided to use them anyway. The plumber suggested we bring out serclean for water remediation the first time and didn’t even cut into the drywall. The second time, our pitiful drip was a steady stream of water after his “repairs”. The third visit is where it becomes completely unacceptable. When I turned on the shower, it became a 2 foot splash zone in our den and through the ceiling into our downstairs bath. The company didn’t answer the phone or call back when contacted. The 24 hours listing is a complete fabrication. Now my house which had water remediation done has even more water. Luckily the drywall hadn’t been replaced yet. I called my dad finally and he fixed the plumbing with one trip to Home Depot and 30 minutes. If you want a plumber, you are better off with someone who is NOT a plumber than with their professionals. I will be getting my money back or contacting the better business bureau for this FRAUD of a company. I have images of each attempted repair, time-stamped with their failure. They have yet to call back. They were called on Friday and have not responded.”

“Great communication and upfront dealing. Gregory Thompson was great, friendly and no bs, he was very courteous and explained everything very well. Old water heater in the top picture (4 yrs and 10 months) and the new installation is on the right. 👍🏾. I bought this house new construction in April of 2021 and the water heater was still under warranty. The manufacturer would not cover it however because it was installed incorrectly. I really feel good about this one. Thank you!!!”

“I contacted them because of my home warranty company. The issue was that I was not getting hot water in the basement shower. They came and said that it could be because the system needed to be flushed. They didn’t try to diagnose the issue. They charged me a total of $500 and recommended to replace the whole system. I had to call a different person who looked at the issue and understood the root cause and fixed it by adjusting the sensor. Also, I requested help with a one piece toilet. They simply sent invoices for replacing the whole setup . Very eager to do upselling with out solving the problem. The 210 warranty company also is not available for any help. They ignore you when you need them the most.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. This process was so easy. Had a pipe issue. Called yesterday and spoke to Chelsea (ANGEL 🤗) who was able to get me an appt today. Greg was my tech and had such a sweet spirit. He fully explained everything - even showing me pictures. I’m hoping I don’t have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I’m calling Hers & His Plumbing.
