“Horrible business practice. Was lined up to have a repair done. Had everything in place, asked a couple more questions about the job to have everything confirmed and they have now decided that they don't want to do it. Price was very high but we agreed to it. They pressured us by telling us "the concrete guys cleared their schedule to get you guys in and now that we've come to an agreement, they backed out last minute. So now I still have a leak a week later and have to start over to finding a solution.”
