“We had a great experience with Service Wizard, especially our technician Javier. Our A/C system had some installation issues from before, and Javier did a fantastic job identifying the root problems quickly and clearly explaining everything to us along the way. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just get the system barely functional again - he worked with us to make sure it was actually operating properly and efficiently. One major issue was that the old condensate line exited somewhere we couldn’t even identify. Javier ran a brand-new line to the outside of the house so everything would drain correctly moving forward. He also identified a leak in our condenser and flagged it before the warranty expired, which potentially saved us a huge headache and expense down the road. Beyond the technical work, Javier was honest, pleasant, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job the right way. It’s hard to find people you fully trust working on your home, and he absolutely earned that trust. I also want to mention that everyone we interacted with at Service Wizard - from the people answering the phones to the team scheduling appointments - was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. “I booked an appointment for the HVAC routine maintenance service. The appointment process itself was seamless and they got me in next day. On the day of, Bryan our technician called well in advance and in fact was able to come in sooner due to a cancellation on his end. He was prompt, well prepared, patiently answered all my questions, showed me why my system could be struggling and provided a detailed report with pictures( before/after). It was a very efficient experience and he was able to complete the appointment in just over an hour. Their wizard membership has good perks as well and I was impressed by how easy the whole experience was. Bryan did a great job and I see the cooling in the house has improved already!”

“These are the guys to get you through the worst case scenario. I knew when purchasing a 44 year old house 22 years ago that if I stayed long enough, replacing the entire cast iron sewer drain line underneath it was in my future, and the day finally came. Service Wizard installed my new AC/Furnace and replaced all the ducting almost 10 years ago, and have been awesomely maintaining it all since. I didn't know until this sewer line issue that they have recently expanded into the plumbing business in addition to HVAC. Not being comfortable with the first two plumbing companies' solution suggestions, I asked Service Wizard to come take a look. Ethan's explanations about what needed to be done and how SW proposed to do it made more sense to me and actually put me at ease, even with him being fully honest about how disruptive a full tunnel being created under your house, the length of it, and your entire drain line being removed and replaced could be. I still knew that this was the safest, future repair-wise, and best way for the house itself, to go. Once we agreed on all the particulars (I also had them tackle a few other plumbing situations as well), scheduling was easy and the party began in earnest. From the excavators, to the plumbers, to supervision and communication with management, I cannot imagine this crazy project going smoother than it did, for me anyway. I know that there were unpleasant surprises as that goes under 66 year old houses, but those were never presented to me as problems, only challenges lol. Ethan and Josh in particular, along with everyone else involved, worked ridiculously hard and long hours. Dale kept me updated and was reachable 24/7. Service Wizard not only has an HVAC customer for life, they now are my only plumbing service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“We worked with Javier R. from Service wizard to address a major issue with our A/C unit that was causing it to periodically shut off unexpectedly. He was able to investigate and diagnose the issue super quickly and he worked with us to figure out the best solution for our problem long-term to extend the overall life of our unit. He end up installing a new runoff pipe that tucks away nicely and isn’t super noticeable. Javier was super communicative with us throughout the process and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. We couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“Bryan was incredible. Not only did he know his stuff he was just super friendly and kind. He was so patient with our dogs. He was incredibly thorough and even cleaned our HVAC coils to make sure it runs better. He went above and beyond what he was here to do. Josh was awesome and made sure we felt comfortable in our home after we had a leak from our laundry. He didn’t rush the process and did a full tests of all faucets and water sources in the home to make sure we didn’t have any future issues. Absolutely would use them again.”
