“I've always been impressed with the professionalism and courteousness and skill of the personnel from Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing. Today was no different. I very much appreciated Jonathan's assistance in clearing out a plumbing issue that was causing a backup in the master bath dual sinks. Apparently the issue was about 10 feet in the plumbing pipe. And, what I was unaware of, as an Milestone Advantage member, they set this drain cleaning as a complimentary service for me today. So that was a great surprise. Additionally, they checked the main plumbing line as well as the water pressure. Also, I asked for a couple of additional quotes on different work while Jonathan was on site, and even though I didn't opt to pursue those options today, I appreciated his kind and thoughtful consideration in taking the time to provide those to me. “The temperature in my house was warm, and my AC unit was taking forever to cool down, so I scheduled an appointment with Milestone. Ivan was punctual and friendly. He completed the diagnostic test fairly quickly, and he explained everything he did, including video of my system. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an easy fix, but the part was ordered, and Ivan and another technician had my HVAC back to normal within three days. Ivan is a very polite and friendly person. He explained everything that was done, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’m extremely satisfied with Ivan’s work. He is a great representative for Milestone!”

“Dewayne took care of our leaky outdoor faucets, but left a mess on the front stoop and the spigot fittings are not attached to the brick. Even though they operate fine, the foam insulation around the extended pipe to the fitting is kind of loose. This raises two concerns. One is that there’s now an ingress point for insects, etc. and two, will the lack of stability on the fixture cause leaks later?”

He was personable and respectful and listened carefully to my concerns and explained some points about the system I didn't know. “"Prompt"-arrived when they said they would, and while Antoni did a quick walk-thru, Edgar started unloading; "Efficient" - estimated time was less than 6 hrs...was just under 5(830-115); Antoni did unit in attic, Edgar did outside unit, they worked great together; "Pride"- afterwards, Antoni showed me everything they did, and was thorough with explaining everything as well as answering all my questions...this while Edgar cleaned up. "Professional" - not only did they take pride in their work, they ENJOYED it!! This is hard to find nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend Milestone and these 2 gentlemen.”

“Wayne and his service tech came out to diagnose my issue, and I have to say they were fantastic to work with. Both of them were very friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. I genuinely enjoyed interacting with them and felt confident in their expertise. They ended up sending a second crew since the job turned out to be more involved than originally expected, which I appreciated in terms of making sure the work was handled properly. That said, the biggest downside was the final bid. The price I received at the end was substantially higher than several other quotes I got for the same scope of work. While everyone I interacted with was great, the pricing felt excessive and hard to justify. I ultimately went with another company and saved several thousands of dollars, which makes the price difference even harder to understand. Overall, great people and strong service, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes before moving forward.”

I chose to have a new toilet installed and Blake handled every detail down to ensuring my existing bidet seat would fit. Now my bidet seat fits better with the new toilet. “The Milestone tech visited my home on Wed & Thur (today) this week. I explained on the first visit that my home's wiring did not include a C wire, and that my downstairs unit was run by a Nest thermostat Gen 2, and was losing power due to an adapter that was installed to "steal power" so the Nest could have a source of continuous power. I advised that a permanent fix was needed i.e., install a C wire and run it through the ceiling into the indoor unit. Long story short - the tech did not pursue the industry known permanent fix, but instead improvised his own solution. Power was restored to the downstairs unit for a few hours, but because the tech did not remedy the issue correctly, the thermostat drained its internal battery and would not run the unit. To make matters worse - the upstairs unit became inoperable at the same time as the downstairs. The tech visited again today. Even though I purchased a new Nest Gen 4 thermostat, and even though the tech assured me they resolved the issue, my family of five (including 3 elementary aged kids) is going to sleep while the ambient inside temperature is 79-80 degrees because, once again, both the downstairs and upstairs units are inoperab”
