“Have you ever had one of those days where all your worst-case scenarios seem to land at the same time? That was my yesterday. I’ve been a Tempo Air customer for a few years and have always appreciated their service, but this visit really reminded me why I stay with them. Bryan came out for my regular HVAC inspection and got right to work. A little while later, he called me upstairs in that voice no homeowner wants to hear. I already knew in my gut it was not going to be good. Unfortunately, my old HVAC system had reached the point where I could not keep putting it off. Bryan showed me exactly what he found, explained the condition of the system, and walked me through my options without pressure or scare tactics. He was patient, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated in a stressful moment. He also told me about Tempo’s financing special running through the end of September, and I was able to get approved the same day and scheduled for installation that same week. Replacing an HVAC system is never fun, but Bryan and Tempo made the process feel clear, manageable, and much less overwhelming. “Hello everyone. (tldr) Best choice I could have made. I had my entire ac system replaced a few months back by the fastest and most efficiently competent crew I have ever had come by. I wanted to wait to give my review so that I can give an actual summer tested review. To start, the sales team were knowledgeable and you could tell they had done the work before themselves. They were able to give realistic quotes on materials, manpower, dollar amount and also time frames. I did remember what they quoted told me and their crew finished faster than expected and not over budget. I financed with their partners at a wonderful rate by the way. The crew showed up, introduced themselves individually, and gave an overview of the work being done. They made sure to keep my garage clean, despite my own mess. They ensured they did not damage anything around the installation of everything. When they were done every last bit of the old system, trash, and they even swept my garage when they were done. There was a slight issue but not on their part, I had to get some electrical work done to support the new unit's heating (shout out to Best Electric). Once I finally called them anyway. “We’ve been trying to find a company that could help us with maintaining our systems and unfortunately we had only found companies that were trying to make a sale. NOT THESE GUYS!!! We had them check the plumbing and HVAC systems and they gave us great tips on keeping our systems running efficiently. They did the annual maintenance on both systems (inspecting, flushing and cleaning) and were on their way. No time wasted and they were very patient explaining what they were doing and how it helped. “Five stars for the guys who come out to do the work are EXCELLENT! They’re knowledgeable, tidy, punctual and friendly. ZERO stars for management—which is TERRIBLE. We joined their Tempo Club which is billed monthly and promises two yearly tune-ups of heating and A/C units. Although we’ve been paying for several years, they refuse to abide by the contract and although we’ve tried to escalate our issue up the management chain of command we’ve gotten the same run around. Do not join the Tempo Club you won’t get what you pay for!”
