Taylor has installed a toilet, kitchen sink faucet and water regulator, repaired a toilet, replaced parts on our sprinkler system, replaced water damaged wood on the foundation by accessing our crawl space, and other jobs I’m forgetting. Every job has been done impeccably and Taylor hasn’t left a scratch on anything. I’m really impressed with his work and recommend him highly.”

“We had Taylor come out again because her sink was leaking. As you can see below, he has been with us through several updates as her house was built by my grandfather in the 1960s. The choice on the sink was to remove it and reseal it or get a new sink. We had just paid for a new faucet, dishwasher, stove, microwave and she had recently got a new fridge. We opted for the new sink to complete the kitchen appliances. Taylor is so kind to my mother. He also coordinated with me by phone since I handle a lot of her business. But he went above and beyond. He fixed her smoke detector, he said that when he comes back to install the sink he could haul away the toilets in front of her house since we replaced those too. He also showed her a trick to shut her new dishwasher because she was having issue”

“Taylor has installed a kitchen faucet, toilet and water regulator for us. Now, he’s in the process of repairing our foundation which was damaged due to sprinkler heads placed too close to the foundation. Taylor is replacing rotted wood, cleaning the brick and sealing it, etc., and relocating the sprinkler heads. Taylor begins work as soon as possible and finishes quickly. Every job he’s done for us has been flawless and reasonably priced. He even charged less than the estimated price on our water regulator since the installation went faster than anticipated. Also, I went with a better quality regulator at Taylor’s recommendation since the last one should have lasted longer. Taylor at Downhill Drains will always get my call for plumbing needs.”
