Matlock Plumbing Inc.

Matlock Plumbing Inc. runs a straightforward plumbing operation right out of Jacksonville, Texas. The crew sticks to residential and light commercial work in the area, handling everything from basic repairs to full system overhauls. Local homeowners know the company as one that shows up when pipes act up, whether in older neighborhoods or newer builds. East Texas weather plays a role here, with hot summers pushing water heaters hard and the occasional freeze cracking lines that homeowners never see coming until water starts pooling. They keep things moving without extra layers or excuses.

Plumbers from the company tackle clogged drains caused by roots or buildup, fix leaks in walls and under sinks that lead to bigger damage, and swap out failing water heaters before they flood a garage. They also run new lines for remodels, clear sewer backups, and check for corrosion common in the local water. Jobs often involve quick diagnostics on site followed by parts that match the house setup, not some generic fix that fails again in a month. Jacksonville properties face soil shifts and humidity that wear on joints and valves, so the crew focuses on durable patches and replacements that hold up through the seasons. Customers get straight answers on what needs doing and how long it will take.

Folks keep coming back because the work holds up, response times stay tight even on busy weeks, and the pricing lands fair without surprise add-ons. Communication stays direct with updates as the job progresses, and quality shows in fewer callbacks on the same issue. That steady record across hundreds of calls adds up to strong marks all around. “Best experience ever using this company for the first time! Joseph arrived in less than an hour from my initial call. He was very personable and knowledgeable….working quickly and efficiently to fix our problem. He also agreed to fix a second small problem that I hadn’t mentioned on my call. He cleaned up afterwards as well! The price was reasonable and they offer a one year warranty on their work as well! I’ll definitely make them my new “go-to” plumbing company! Maureen N”

“Best experience ever. If you want prompt professional service. Call Matlock Plumbing. Reasonable price, great work and awesome workers. Came in worked on fixing my issues and clean up after. Guarantee their work for a year. I will definitely use them again.”

“Service and work was excellent, but it was twice the price we expected. We asked for an estimate But did not receive one. The technician said not to worry, it shouldn’t be bad. We had a shower valve replacement.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this crew. A major leak in a pipe under our *new* pool concrete created a huge ordeal and we feared we might have to damage the new concrete without insurance coverage. The Matlock team brainstormed to find a different way (abandoning the leaky pipe, moving the main line and rerouting), and digging and excavating to get under the concrete instead of breaking it up. While breaking up the concrete would have saved them time and man power, they were considerate of our wishes and financial situation. A disastrous situation was made a little easier because of their quick response, open lines of communication and hard work.”

“The guys came out and were incredibly polite. They explained what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. The work was done in a little less than 2 hours, and they solved a problem we've been battling for over a year. We couldst recommend them more!”

“The service was exceptional! We called about an issue and Michael came out within the hour and assessed the issue and scheduled repair for the next day! We received text messages with status updates and pictures of the technician that were doing the work. Joe was professional and very detailed in repairing our issue. I will highly recommend Matlock Plumbing! They provide high quality service for your plumbing needs.”

“We had a complicated plumbing situation in an older home. Mike was quick to respond, and explained every step clearly and respectfully. He went above and beyond to address the plumbing problem and even identified a gas leak we were unaware of. I highly recommend Matlock Plumbing.”
