1st Call Plumbing

1st Call Plumbing runs as a local plumbing crew based in Jonesboro, Texas, handling everything from routine repairs to bigger system fixes around the area. Their approach comes straight from the details on their site, where they stress honest work and clear answers without added layers. Homeowners there deal with the usual mix of Texas weather swings that hit pipes and drains hard, so a crew that shows up ready with the right tools makes a real difference when leaks or blockages hit. They keep the focus on getting the job done right the first time so folks can get back to normal without repeat calls.

Plumbers in Jonesboro face steady demand from things like clogged drains after heavy rains, water heater failures during peak summer heat, and pipe bursts when cold snaps roll through. 1st Call Plumbing takes on full service calls that cover fixture replacements, sewer line checks, and whole-home inspections to catch problems early before they turn into bigger messes. Crews work through tight crawl spaces or attic runs when needed, always testing pressure and flow at the end to confirm everything holds up under daily use. Homeowners count on them for quick turnarounds on emergency stops and steady maintenance that keeps older homes from developing slow leaks behind walls.

Customers give high marks for fast arrivals when water is spilling, solid fixes that hold without callbacks, reasonable charges that match the work described upfront, and plain talk that explains options without pressure. That steady record of reliable service across many jobs adds up to the strong overall rating they carry. DIRT Score 4.87 from 119 reviews on Finds.

“Doug is a Super Great Guy!! I first called him around 7:30 pm to ask questions regarding the leaking of my old water heater. Even we did not know each other at that time, he was so patient to direct me to stop the water and gas via Facetime. Before I asked him to replace my old water heater, he came to see my water heater on the next day during his lunchtime and check if everything was fine. I think Doug really cares about customer service even if you are not his customer or I should say he really wants to serve people living in this community. Because of his great service, I surely asked him to replace my old water heater, and the price her offered was so reasonable. I highly recommend everyone in Jonesboro consider Doug and his 1st Call Plumbing. Never make you disappointed!!”
