“Chris West plumbing, charged $487 to replace an external hydrant and 8 inches of PVC. They worked less than an hour. They also broke the concrete board under pinning beneath the hydrant. My wife was working from home and in a meeting, unable to go check the work. She wasn't aware of the damage to our home or of the actual prices of any of the materials involved. We called to complain. The owner called us back. He claims his men reported working an hour and forty minutes. When that was challenged he claimed we were billed for their drive time. Their business is 7 minutes away. When confronted about the damage to our home he agreed to refund the amount we were charged but vehemently defended the work and his team. In his words, "It's clear we're not a good fit for each other as customer and ”

“I've had my share of plumbing issues over the past 20 years in Jonesboro. Chris West Plumbing is by far the best, most professional service I've dealt with. I called them at 12:15 p.m. today about a faulty hot water heater. At 1:15 p.m., they were pulling into the driveway and began working on it. They replaced the thermocouple and cleaned the system. Stephen Townsend also spotted a dangerous situation and fixed it: A previous plumber apparently unhooked a safety device that keeps the pilot light from burning the house down. It went unchecked for years until Stephen saw it today and fixed it. The price was less than what we expected and the service was great. We will probably have to get a hot water heater replaced soon (ours is 20+ years). We will definitely go with Chris West Plumbing ”

“Gage came out and was very helpful and respectful. They diagnosed the problem in no time. The repairs look more professional than the original work on the house. They explained everything in detail along the way and answered all questions we had promptly and in detail. Everything was cleaned up post-work. We highly recommend this company and the 2 individuals that came by today. We will definitely be calling them back for any and all issues we have in the future.”

“We came home from work yesterday morning to a pond in our yard. Everyone else was telling us it would be next week before they could get us in, but Chris Wsst plumbing were compassionate to our situation. We had no running water to a house full of kids. They tried to fit us in same day, fortunely was unable but they were here bright and early ths morning and Jacob got the job done!! Very polite, professional, and did excellent job cleaning up! Highly recommend!!”

“Chris West Plumbing always does a great job for me. But most importantly, they are honest and fair. I don't have to be concerned about their integrity. That is so rare and appreciated in today's world.”

“When I called and explained I had been working for days to try to unclog our shower drain they had someone out here the very next day. They accessed the problem and after having to use longer and longer snakes to open my drain they were able to completely open the drain back up. Not only were they polite, they were professional in that they used disposable paper towels to clean up any mess they might have made. I have used Chris West Plumbing in the past to install new water heaters as well and now I am confident if I have any problem pertaining to plumbing I can rest assured that they can get the job done.”

“The city of Jonesboro determined that the sinkhole in my across-the-street neighbor was the fault of my sewer line’s connection to the city’s sewer system. I contacted Chris West Plumbing to inspect that connection and they determined that my sewer line was leaking at the point of connection and was the reason for my neighbor’s problem. Bad news for me but fixable, at least with two guys, an excavator, and a seven foot hole in the ground. One bit of sunshine came when the cost was a thousand dollars less than the estimate. They were prompt, courteous, and quick with the repair and helped me understand why a problem nearly 100 feet away in the yard of a neighbor who lives across the street was my fault. I hope you never have a plumbing problem this costly, but I would recommend Chris West ”

“West Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. My garbage disposal was not working so I called them. It was a wonderful experience. I was sent a photo & introduction of the serviceman a few moments before he arrived. I could not have been more pleased. Their service was excellent. Professional and very pleasant! I’m so glad I called them and will definitely call again when there is a need!!”

“Such great service! John came and fixed a leak under my kitchen sink. He replaced what was broken that caused the leak. He then tested to make sure everything was working the way it should. He was upfront with pricing before he did the work. Highly recommend. Will call again for any other plumbing needs.”

“Jacob with Chris West Plumbing and Mr. West, Chris West's father came and fixed my problems fast and with professionalism and the cost was definitely less than I expected! Thank you Jacob and Mr. West! I definitely recommend Chris West Plumping!”
