“I had two, almost 10 years old, 40gal water heaters that both went out at the same exact time. 1st company I called wanted an arm, a leg, a few kidneys, my first born son and the title to my truck. That was a no-go. I found Carey Plumbing through a simple search on the internet for “the best plumbers in Katy.” Scrolled through a few and found Carey Plumbing. Within about 10 minutes of filling out an appointment request on their web site, Mike (The Owner) called. I gave him a brief description of what I needed done and he gave me a quote over the phone with exactly what products he used, what he would do and the price. No gimmicks - just an honest, true to his word quote. I called him back within a few hours and said let’s go! They accommodated my schedule and were able to come out the same day. They arrived around 6p and were done by 830p. Fantastic service from start to finish. They explained everything they did, talked about the water heaters, and reminded me to fill out the registration online so the manufacturer would increase my warranty.
