“I had a busted pipe on a Sunday. I called Roto-Rooter plumbing. They came to our rescue the same day. Mark, the restoration manager, came to access the issue and took pictures. Then Josh, the plumber, came to fix the leak. Then I received a call from Corey, who came to retrieve the water and pulled out the wet debris and set blowers to prevent further damages. These guys were very nice, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!”

He quickly unclogged my garbage disposal and took the time to show me exactly what caused the issue and how to fix it if it happens again. I really appreciated how patient and informative he was he didn’t just rush through the job, he made sure I understood everything. His work was efficient, clean, and done right the first time. After they left we have had zero problems and it has been working well. I highly recommend this company because they are honest hardworking people who are in the business to help people with their homes vs. many companies who are in it to make the largest amount of money possible. They are aware that the upkeep of owning a home can be difficult to maintain, they explain their work in detail and give you the truth about the amount of time products will last for you. Anytime we have had anyone come to work on the house the time frames are chaotic, but Cesar and his partner got here exactly when they said they would and were quick to fix our issues. If we ever have any issues in the future we will absolutely call them again.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. We had a plumbing emergency and called multiple companies before choosing Roto-Rooter because they guaranteed a service window of 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We specifically selected them over local plumbers based on that commitment. After waiting all evening, we were informed at 10:45 PM that no one would be coming and that the earliest available appointment was 8:00 AM the next morning. Because of this, I now have to stay awake throughout the night, manually moving water from a clogged sink to a bathtub every hour to prevent further issues. If they couldn’t make the appointment, they should have been honest upfront instead of making promises they couldn’t keep. This experience felt far more focused on booking the job than actually providing service. When you have a true emergency, reliability matters. I cannot recommend Roto-Rooter based on this experience. Save yourself the frustration and call a reputable local plumber who values their word and their customers’ time.”

“Cesar came out gave us a quote told us what the issue was and how to get parts for the repair. We got another quote from ARS ROTO ROOTER. Which was not a great experience we didn’t like the customer service or service technician. After ARS left we called Caesar immediately and he came out today and got us hot water without the thousands of dollars ARS was trying to tell us we must spend. I whole heartily can say go with Roto Rooter they tell you the problem and the fix it for a fair price .”

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY I cant even put into words how frustrating it was to get anything done over the phone! You should expect to talk to at least 3 different people every time you call, as all they do is transfer you to the next person who is unable to help you. I had the unfortunate experience of calling and talking to someone who was "training" another phone rep, and she completely messed up my scheduled appointment when i was just calling to ask why they were 2 hours late and if there were going to show up! They charged me 500$ to clear out a shower head and a kitchen sink, and never returned to finish the rest of the job. Im sure they hire great plumbers, but this was completely ruined by a flawed business.”

I requested a quote online for a water heater estimate, scheduled the appointment for next day and all looked good as I received a text message confirming the appointment. Later, an email came stating I would have to pay $103 for the estimate, but it would be waived if I went with them for the repair. This was not transparent on the request form or text. It is insane to me that I need to pay for an estimate - an opportunity for this company to gain new business. When I called, the man who answered the phone was rude and just went to hang up on me.”

“Cesar& Joseph haven’t finished there job ,they left the gap between the roof and the pipe, they even tell me to find a roofer to Fix it by myself!!! I paid $5200+ for just two water heaters. Their manager had call me back and ask me to find a roofer myself. And i have to pay $450 more for hire the roofer to finish the job. Never ever call this unreliable company to work with. 🤬🤬🤬”

“Edgar from rotor rooter arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Correctly diagnosed the leak from upstairs toilet, cracked flange underneath. Thoroughly explained the options and costs for scenarios. Worked cleanly and efficiently, repaired and replaced as before, tested for leaks.”

“We had an emergency pipe leak on Saturday night. By Sunday afternoon the pip was replaced and structural damages were being dried. This was a quick and easy process from start to finish. Shout out to Luke, Joshua, and Kahlil for all their help!”

“I needed a shower valve changed. I watched videos and it seemed a simple job. I figured Roto rooter had the tools do it and do it in under and hour. We had the trim. The plumber did not have the tools or correct valve. He left 2 or 3 times to get tools and parts from different hardware stores. A maybe hour job took 5 hours and $430! They have done all the plumbing work on our house since 2010, but it may be time to find another plumber.”

“⭐ **1 Star because I couldn’t pick 0– Do Not Recommend** Roto-Rooter came out on Christmas Day for a downstairs toilet backup. The first tech pushed the clog up into our upstairs pipes, which made things worse. We paid $500, then another tech came the next day and tried to charge an additional $270 still without fixing the issue. We were promised a camera inspection after each visit, which never happened. We went three days without being able to use water in our home. When a camera tech finally came, he said it was a “tree branch” and left without offering any solution. Another company quickly found that the clog had simply been pushed up the pipes and fixed it. I’ve called every day asking for a supervisor …no return calls. Horrible service and even worse follow-up. Don’t waste your money. 0/10 recommendation”

He arrived on time, and only about 30 minutes after my initial call . The service was more expensive than i anticipated.. but the service and quickness of the whole thing was appreciated.”

“Overpriced! Quoted $585 to unclog a drain if it took 35 minutes or less. Even stated no guarantee. Wanted to charge me $1000 to jet wash the drain. I’m a general contractor and do not understand why you would jet wash when a drain is clogged. That would get water everywhere! Please remember that they charge a trip charge even if they do nothing!”
