“Had Rick out to fix a few things on a house we bought built in 1954. Totally professional, great experience. Will keep on speed dial cause there’s all sorts of issues in this old house…..Thanks Rick”

“When I discovered my water heater was out on Monday morning I immediately called Texas Strong and spoke with Becky. Within 2 hrs. Rick showed up and discovered the water heater in my attic was leaking and turned off the water. Had he not not been there quickly I could have had major damage. He proceeded to remove the old tank and installed a new one within the next couple of hours. Thank you Rick for your excellent work!”

“I have used Texas Strong multiple times now. They are good with communication and scheduling. I needed to replace 2 aging hot water heaters, one of which had begun to leak. Travis came out and confirmed the situation, provided estimates for 2 new hot water tanks or replacement with a tankless system. We opted for the tankless water heater and were able to have installation in the same week. Up and running with no issues!”

“It has been two years since my last review below. My last encounter with Texas Strong Plumbing was a disaster. I am now looking for a new plumber. Very bad experience. I have finally found a plumber! I have been living in Katy for 30 years and just recently moved to Fulshear. In all those decades, Texas Strong Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure of using. Rick the owner along with Peggy in the office to Travis, the plumber that did the work, were knowledgeable and professional. Travis installed a whole house Moen flo water monitor, and a whole house recirculation pump in my house. The installation and workmanship was above and beyond. My brother is a Master Plumber in New Jersey for 50+ years and he was very impressed with Travis' workmanship. See the attached photos. Lastly, Texas Strong Plumbing is very reasonable and competitive with their prices. Thank you Texas Strong Plumbing!”

“We had an issue with the drain pump for our outdoor sink. Someone was out to diagnose the issue quickly, did some investigating on parts, gave us our options and were back out to do the repair in just a few days. On time, fair pricing, super pleasant experience. I will definitely call Texas Strong any time I need plumbing work done.”

“I was having drainage issues in my master bedroom. I called and got an appointment the same day. The guys arrived quickly and got the job done. I definitely appreciated the service.”

“Once again Travis comes through to save the day. Not only was he prompt, he was EARLY (the office even gave me a courtesy phone call asking for my OK to come earlier than anticipated). His plumbing knowledge (he's now a journeyman) and professionalism can't be beat. Thank you for getting me on your appointment calendar so soon after a 3-day holiday weekend.”

“Can’t recommend them enough! We had our water heater stop working out of the blue, and within 2 hours of me calling, they had a tech out to our home fixing it. Very professional and explained everything very well. Pricing wasn’t crazy either. Would highly recommend!”

“Travis with Texas Strong Plumbing showed up promptly and got straight to work. He was very clean using during and after his work, very professional and explained everything he was doing the work. After he made recommendations on how to prevent this problem on happening in the future. I recommend him to anyone and wouldn’t call anyone else!”

“We have used this company in the past on our rental properties. They are very professional, they have great communication, they went above and beyond on the work that was done. Texas Strong is an understatement. Look forward to working with them again.”

“Very efficient. Arrived early for appointment. Fixed the problem and noted I need to have an electrician look at the outlet for disposal. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues. I will be using in the future for all plumbing issues.”

“We scheduled this company to come fix our unfortunate frozen/burst-pipe issue we had on 12/23 after I looked through the top rated plumbing companies in our area, and I immediately settled on Texas Strong when I saw that they have almost exclusively 5 star reviews. After having them here today, I definitely agree. Rick was very thorough, even finding other leaks connected to the burst that we didn’t know we had. He took the time to explain to us every rationale and step in the repair. Very appreciative of the customer service and care we received.”

“Travis is a friendly, competent plumber. We have no complaints with him. Unfortunately we will not use Tx Strong Plumbing again because of their prices. They’ve recently gone up to $425 an hour. I will find another plumber with more reasonable prices.”

“Outstanding customer service from the moment I call called to book the apportionment. The scheduler was very polite, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. As the tech assessed our situation, he was able to explain to me the issue and provide me with the right solution. It is an amazing experience to have a technician come into your home with the obsession of leaving the situation better than he found it. That is the type of service you want when dealing with a plumbing service. Thank you for all the help. I recommend their service to anyone in need of plumbing services.”

“I contacted Texas Strong and two days later they were on site working to repair some commercial toilets and other miscellaneous items. I found them to be very prompt and responsive from the time of inquiry to completion of the job. Travis kept me up to date on repairs and other issues that came up the job progressed. I would absolutely recommend them.”

“I called so many other companies for help over the past three weeks for my gas fireplace repair but couldn't get help. Texas Strong was a prayer answered! Their scheduler Becky was responsive, sympathetic and helpful to answer my questions. Technician Travis Daniel came out the same day--within 3 hours--and he got the fireplace working right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and answered my questions. We will certainly recommend Texas Strong to others.”

“When I called, I spoke with the owner, Rick. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. A window of time, of a few hours, was set for the service call. On the day of service, I received a text notice, that the service person was on his way to my house, about 3 hrs ahead of schedule! The two service guys were very professional and quite knowledgeable. They completed the work in a reasonable time. They cleaned up the work area very nicely. I will recommend this company to others.”

“I had a pipe freeze and break. I was not able to turn off the water. Texas Strong came right away shut off the water and capped the broken pipe so they could turn water back on to my house. I was so grateful!! They did excellent work with zero lead time! They had the right tools and parts to do the job. The tech knew what he was doing and quickly got the situation under control. Again I’m grateful!!”

“Travis and Johnny were wonderful! I’ve never had so much fun getting my plumbing fixed! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, and, this is odd to write in a business review, but they were FUNNY! I enjoyed giving them my money after such great work and an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!!!”

“Shane did a great job replacing our builder-installed toilets that had a recall. He and his partner were on-time to the visit. They were upfront about all of the costs and our options. They were able to install 4 toilets in the same day and were respectful of our time and home. Thank you!”
