“Mine like so many other Texans, water pipes busted during the freak Winter Storm Uri. I had been without water for a few days knowing that 1. No way anyone was going to be able to do any type of work with the weather conditions the way they were & 2. I just knew all plumbers were already flooded with calls. HARDIN PLUMBING SAVED THE DAY. Not only did I call them first thing on Thursday, they were able to get to me before noon. On top of that, the second round of snow was coming down mixed with cold winds. They were able to get everything fixed and running perfect in 4 hours. God Bless them & God Bless HPC! Thank you for all that you do!!!!”

“Hardin Plumbing is the only company in the Hill Country with the specialized equipment to work with Aquatherm Green Pipe which the company that I work for has in our buildings. During the Kerrville Freeze of '21 we had many water leaks in this green pipe and Hardin was able to come out and get us patched up in no time!!”

“Their rates are higher than another plumbing companies I called after getting my bill. I asked several times what the bill was going to be and was told not sure because they do not have the prices with them. I finally got a bill and it was handwritten with alot of white out for the supplies looks like the prices were changed. This invoice should have been tossed and start a clean invoice, very unprofessional. I think they charged me for going and getting the supplies as well. I called today to pay and the invoice noted we now take credit cards. BUT, it does not list the fee associated with using a card. Today, I was told 3.8 % which resulted in an additional $64.00. The sewer pipes that were cut were left with sewage in the pipes, now I'll have to call another plumber to take care of this.”

“I've called other companies and they...."fell short" to put it nicely. Hardin came out that day, fixed it, it's still fixed even after the freezing we had. I will continue to use Hardin.”
