“Service man came to my house 2 hours before I expected him. He checked the hot water heater and then the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was the problem. He was he less than 5 minutes and fixed the problem. I asked how much the service call was and he said nothing. He had to travel at least 10 miles to come to my house and the gas usage alone was very expensive but he said he just could not charge me. This is one of the very few service men that would do that. Other companies would have charge me a pretty penny for just coming to my house. Once again this service man is the greatest and the most honest and I recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing or electrical work completed. His name is Matt and works for KS Plumbing. GREAT Company”

“I ordered a Rinnai tankless hot water heater at Lowes and scheduled KS Plumbing to install it. But I wrongly ordered the incorrect heater. After I got the correct heater KS quickly put on their schedule. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They even fixed a Rinnai company problem. I will only recommend KS Plumbing for all future needs. Also let my neighbors to only use KS Plumbing!! Excellent service and work.”

“I highly recommend! We had a diy manibloc fail in our guest house. Matt & Ryan came out the day after my initial call. After review with Matt, he offered to provide an estimate and complete the work, but knowing we had done our own plumbing work in the past, he offered some great advice, instruction and most importantly encouragement, which we really needed. His care & explanation of how to proceed if we wanted to do the work ourselves was clear and made sense. Before the day was done, an estimate for the work arrived ny email. We ended up following his instruction & advice and doing it ourselves the following day. We reached out to Matt in the midst of our project to be sure we were on the right track and he replied by text with additional advice.
