“Chance Harvey was amazing!! He was courteous by using his booties in my home... Chance was also very well mannered and professionally dressed. Chance did his work professionally and left everything clean. Chance went above and beyond.”

“The worst plumbing service I've ever had do not go to them they ripped me off let me start out first by saying that I was out of town and I told them, I would call them to schedule an appointment on a Thursday. Instead, they showed up at my house and were waiting outside for almost a 1/2 an hour. I was in the shower, so then I answered the door and I asked them, how can I help them? They said, oh, we're here to do your plumbing, I said, no I was supposed to call you guys today to schedule my appointment because I'm not ready for you guys to come. And so anyways , long story short , I let them come in to do the plumbing work with that being said they changed out the water heater, which was not due to be changed. They also just to fix some of the plumbing underneath 3 of my sinks, which was”

“I recommend using Ambient Edge every day. Our house was built in 1940 and our old clay sewer line busted and when it got out of our hands to know what to do. We called and they sent Aaron out within 30 mins and he spent 3 hours diagnoseing our issue and finding out where all our lines were. He found out we had a whole knew sewer line ran in our yard that we had no idea about and never would have found ourselves. Only half the house was hooked to the new line. He worked out an amazing qoute for us and had Blaine and Anthony come run the line to connect the other half of the house to the new sewer line within 48 hours of it all happening. “What an absolute ripoff of a company. We were quoted $1352 to install a new kitchen faucet (we already purchased one) and change the dual valves and single shut off valve on the same sink. Plus, replace a water valve on one toilet. $1352 for less than $60 in parts and labor? Tech was very nice but just outrageously overpriced so we said goodbye. We were charged $99 for a trip charge for them doing absolutely nothing. We called a local plumber, and he was shocked they tried to charge us that amount. He did the exact same job for $375. Almost $1,000 less! Money hungry corporate greed at its finest. Never again!”

“The Technician was very thorough and professional... I am the master Tech. for Meineke!!! ... and seen personally the good work from this Tech!!! But the company charges way too much for services rendered! All parts ,including water Heater would have cost me at Home depot:1000.00. Their labor to rip ,remove, and install was 2000.00 Dollars!!! If You have the money,they are quality with their warranties on workmanship,and unit. Anyone I know is going to complain about price!... but with them, You get it done right!!!... and to code!!! With 2 year warranty on their work! And several years more on the unit. Over-all, I do recommend this Company- especially the tech that served me!!!!!!!!”
