“In 2024, we had two separate projects done; first to replace our sewage pipes and then to replace our water pipes. We were very satisfied with both jobs; however, recently we have been experiencing a drop in water pressure and suspect we may have a leak somewhere. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Ben Franklin for over a week now. I've tried at least four different numbers, including the one on our past invoices, as well as every publicly available number I can find online. I've left multiple messages and have yet to speak to anyone or have anyone call me back. I'm tempted to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Austin or Dallas to see whether they know if the branch in San Marcos even exists anymore. Great initial service, terrible follow-up so far.”

“I’ve had a lot of plumbing companies come to my home over the years. Ben Franklin exceeded them all recently. Alvin and Jay came to my home and from the start was very respectful, clean looking, and well mannered. They also wore booties on my carpet. A big plus. Alvin was very knowledgeable about water heaters and many other plumbing issues we had wanted looked at. “I wish I could give them 20 stars!! Colton is so polite and professional. They fixed my slab leak for half as much as two other people quoted, saving me thousands of dollars. One company was going to charge $1500 just to find the leak, even though it was very obvious where it was based on my floor heating up in a very specific spot. Benjamin Franklin was fair and honest, which is so hard to come by these days. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend!!”
