“Jacob’s visit today is one of the best reasons to have Casa continue the services for our HVAC system. He was polite, called before he arrived and arrived on time. He explained the system check in detail, reported his findings to me for review, and even cleaned out the system drains then replaced the filters. “We had our upstairs AC unit fail from old age in early October '25, and I reached out to Casa Mechanical Services since they had done maintenance work for us in the past. From the start, their bid was very competitive, and I really appreciated that they did not try to upsell anything. Instead, they made practical and honest suggestions such as recommending a more efficient two stage system, which made a lot of sense for our home. Scheduling was quick and easy. The installation crew showed up right on time, were very respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the extra step of laying down protective liners to make sure our hardwood floors and carpet stayed clean and undamaged, which I really appreciated. The install itself was done cleanly and professionally. They walked me through how to maintain the new system and did not rush through explanations. We went with a Lennox ML17KC2 system along with a new furnace and coil, and everything has been working great. It has been a little over three months now, and I wanted to share our experience for any neighbors who might be looking for a great HVAC company. A special shoutout to Dennis, the service manager. He was always on top of things, stayed in proactive communication, and even worked directly with our insurance provider to handle invoices and documentation.
