“Friendly when I meet with them. During the middle of the year I was told it would be $200 to do our taxes. When it came time to do our taxes the beginning of the year I was told it would be $400. I don’t have rental units or own a business. This is just regular taxes. I had them do my taxes anyways. A couple of months later I called to ask for tax advice. The secretary said that the CPA was busy and probably didn’t have time to talk to me. She took my information and he never called me back. I will not be returning.”
