“Working with these guys was quick and easy– I was very pleased with their honesty, quick communication, and quick ability to diagnose a problem which I have no idea about. It's scary to trust people with such expensive services and these guys treated me well as a customer, with mutual respect, understanding, and good communication and took care of my problem without overcharging me outrageous amounts for things I don't need during difficult financial times. Keep up the good work! God bless”

“On time, but didn't calk the commode after the seal and the putty on it. Good service.”

“We agreed with Geronimo to replace a few sinks, drains, faucets, and bathtub trims. After rescheduling the appointment twice, they finally came and started working in an extremely rushed manner. That's when all the problems began: 1. Geronimo and his two coworkers dented the kitchen sink during installation, and almost all the faucets had deep scratches and marks. 2. The drains in two sinks and the showerhead they installed leaked. The drain pipes were loose and improperly secured due to their haste. 3. Instead of properly installing the highly-rated, five-star drain pipes I purchased, they decided it would take too much time and combined them with old pipes. As a result, my drains weren't fully upgraded. 4. They refused to install the bathtub drain I purchased, claiming it wasn't compatible. Geronimo said he would find a replacement but never did. Later, he came up with a completely unrelated excuse, stating that replacing the drain would require breaking all the tiles and changing the mechanism underneath, and he demanded an astronomical fee. This was clearly an attempt to extort more money, as there was no such requirement. 5. The most infuriating part was what happened aft”

“Incredible company with integrity. They moved our plumbing lines as if it were an art. Lovely job. Helped with few other projects as well with a flush and bidets. No need to keep searching for a plumber if you find these guys. Very fair and amazing job.”

“The team installed a new gas line for our fire pit in the backyard renovation. They were punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. The work quality was A+ and would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area needing any work carried out”

“As private Equity firms are buying up plumbing companies and consolidating them it's much better dealing with companies like this one who had better competitive prices at about 1/5 the price. He was polite, professional and did a fantastic job. It's not always true about getting what you paid for today. Those big companies has inflated rates so high its horrible. This company I can not express the gratitude I have.”
