I texted Justin and asked if there was any way that he could come out this morning and fix my washer connections too. Our water heater quit working and we sent them a message late one evening, we received a reply the next morning at 6am telling us what the problem was and after a few e-mails we were told that ours was still under warranty and that they could be out to fix it soon once we received the replacement part. They were at our house 2 hours after we had the part and it was fixed an hour after!! Very friendly guys, VERY knowledgeable, and beyond fast service!! Can’t recommend enough! “It’s kind of ironic they’re called “Just In Time”. Had an appointment to have my main sewer line inspected and cleared. Confirmed the 1PM appointment via text around 9AM. Made my way over to the property and waited a half hour before inquiring if they were still coming by via text. After getting no response, I texted 5 minutes later and told them not to bother coming. Only then did I get a text that they were stuck on another job. I get it; these things happen. But a text either saying they were delayed or even rescheduling would have been the professional route. Instead, I wasted half my afternoon and still didn’t get the job I wanted done handled.”
