“You can't show up early prior to your appointment ( if your appointment is at 9 they won't let you in before 9 better be late than early) You have to go to the corner of building 4 to check in and he will tell you what building you need to go and you check in again with the assigned building and they will tell you what door If you are lucky 2 to 3 hour Normal time 4 to 6 hours to get unloaded Plenty of space to maneuver There's porty potty Vending machines Overnight parking on the side of the road Good luck Thank you so much guys”

“Husband been sitting there since 6:30pm Monday April 20,2026 even when he checked in with appointment early . Finally they had him pull up to a door on Tuesday 21,2026 around 2:00pm!!!!! Then For them to tell him and other drivers that tesla was kicking people out so they had to get out from the door and park outside at 8:30pm close to 9:00 pm. Hes still there now Wednesday April 22,2026 3:26am. And he asked for an update and all they tell him is they cant tell him anything or any updates or how many people are in front of him. He lost 2 loads already because he cant get unloaded from this wear house. Avoid this place if possible. If you get a load here decline decline decline !”

“Strictly by appointment. Keep your SHP # for delivery & pick ups on hand. Plenty parking along the road for overnight or 10 hrs break. Avoid to be rejected for showing up early and complain about it. Unloading time between 1:30 to 2 hrs wait. Got a pick up at this place. I'll update how it is when you pick up at this location.”

“This place really sucks, people here treating you like they are The owners of the warehouse and they don't give you specific directions, my paperwork says check in at building #1 , I went to it and the open the door of my trlr and said that that load was not for them and they wanted me to check in at building # 3 from there I was sent to building #2 and then they said to go to the security guard shack that guy couldn't even speak English it was a freaking nightmare just to deliver this load; I know I will never accept a load for this people ever.”
